Use of Our Services

When you book a photography session with Hanes Photography, you agree to the following terms:

  • Booking and Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your session date. Full payment is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise specified.

  • Rescheduling and Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations are made without sufficient notice.

  • Session Conduct: We strive to create a positive and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior during the session may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Delivery of Photos

  • Editing and Processing: All photos will be professionally edited and processed. The final selection of photos for delivery will be at the discretion of Hanes Photography.

  • Delivery Time: The standard delivery time for edited photos of a wedding session is typically within 2-4 weeks from the date of the session, unless otherwise specified.

  • Usage Rights: Clients receive a limited license to use the delivered photos for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanes Photography will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Website.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Website.

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Hanes Photography reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
